For Sale

If you want us to reserve an animal until it is ready for pickup, we require a  nonrefundable deposit and the remaining balance is to be paid before pick up. 

Once we have agreed on a pickup date, the buyer will have a week from that date to pick up their animal. You will need to make appropriate arrangements yourself to transport animals to their new location. If the animal has not been picked up in the agreed time, the sale will be voided and the deposit for the animal will be forfeited. 

Although we do not expect to do so, Little Brushy Farm reserves the right to cancel a sale at any time. If this happens, we will refund any deposit that was received. 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Once an animal has been loaded into a transport vehicle the transfer of sale is final. There will be no refunds given after this point. We accept cash or paypal(please select friends and family)as forms of payment. 

Moving animals to their new home can be stressful on them. We will provide you with a small bag of food to go with your new animal to help with the transition.

 Once the animal has left our farm we can no longer guarantee further health of the animal. We can not take back any animals once they have left because we are unsure of potential diseases they could have been exposed to during their time away and do not want to endanger the other animals here on the farm.
